Did you know that Santam clients enjoy the benefit of a chauffeur service if you’ve had more to drink than the legal limit? The service is available within 50 km of the CBD of the following cities:
- Johannesburg
- Pretoria
- Nelspruit
- Polokwane
- Durban
- East London
- Port Elizabeth
- George
- Cape Town
- Bloemfontein
You can use this service up to 6 times per year and it is available between 17h30 and 3h00 daily. All you have to do is to book your ride 45 minutes before your departure time (call 0860 505 911). On public holidays you have to book the service by 17h00 the day before the holiday. Any cancellations must be done 2 hours prior to the pick-up time.
UPDATE, 30-09-2020 – To use this service, call Santam SOS number 0860 505 911 – choose option 4 which is non motor claim – then choose option 3 for home drive assistance.
